Personal care support

Certified Nursing Assistants visit 3 times a week for overall wellbeing. Their care includes light housekeeping, bathing, dressing and other personal care. Most for-profit hospices only offer 2 weekly visits.

Emotional support for you and your loved ones

Our compassionate social worker learns and understands the individual to advocate on behalf of their wishes. Helping with life reflections, processing unfinished issues and providing support in funeral planning are other aspects of our service to you.

Bereavement and spiritual support

Grief is a deep and painful expression of loss that we all face, but is unique to each of us. Our trained grief counselors and chaplains are ready to help loved ones find ways to cope and to provide support. Bereavement services are provided for 13 months and can be extended if more care is needed.

Bedside vigil

Above all that we do, we are dedicated to the individual and their family by providing continuous care in the waning hours of life. A dedicated hospice nurse monitors care and medication to lift this weight off caregivers, so they can focus solely on their loved one. Additional team members supply emotional and spiritual support when family and friends need it the most.
