Meet our dynamic duo —  Annie Crumble (like Apple Crumble, yum!)  and Randy Adams – who tickle the tastebuds of residents at Oak Ridge Assisted Living and Memory Care in Richmond, Mo.

Annie, Oak Ridge’s dining manager, and Randy, the assistant manager, have a combined 40 years of experience in the restaurant/food/beverage business. Annie kept cadets well fed at the former Wentworth Military Academy and at Riverbend Heights, both in Lexington, as well as Shirkey Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Randy grew up in his family’s restaurant, then became a manager at various restaurants – including one on the Kansas City Country Club Plaza. The two have elevated the dining experience at Oak Ridge with high-quality creations that one would find at a fine-dining establishment. And just like at a restaurant, Oak Ridge residents can select scratch-made meals from a daily-printed menu or get always-available items, like soup and sandwiches.  Food is cooked to order.

Meals are served in a casual restaurant-style setting – but the food isn’t always created in the kitchen. During summer and fair-weather days, Annie and Randy fire up the grill for steaks, shrimp and other delectable items.
